At Arise Care, we understand the importance of providing exceptional care to elderly individuals, and we believe that starts with hiring the best Enrolled Nurses in the industry. We have a rigorous hiring process that allows us to carefully choose only the most qualified and experienced candidates for our agency.

Our hiring process begins with a thorough review of each candidate's qualifications and experience. We look for Enrolled Nurses who have completed a nationally accredited diploma of nursing and have at least one year of experience in aged care. We also require all candidates to have a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current police check.


Once we have reviewed each candidate's qualifications and experience, we conduct a comprehensive interview to assess their suitability for our agency. During the interview, we ask a range of questions to assess their communication skills, problem-solving ability, and their passion for providing exceptional care to elderly individuals.


If a candidate is successful in the interview stage, we conduct reference checks to confirm their previous employment history and to gather feedback from former colleagues and supervisors.


Finally, successful candidates undergo orientation and induction to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and practices in aged care. They also receive ongoing training and professional development to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional care to elderly individuals.
